We are seeking a Technology Systems Engineer who will shape how technology powers the guest experience and daily operations across Heritage Companies.

You will design, build, and maintain the technology that connects our hotels, restaurants, and corporate teams, directly impacting how we operate, how we scale, and how our guests experience our brand.
From launching new properties to enhancing digital guest journeys, your work will influence every touchpoint of the Heritage experience. You will simplify complexity, solve high-impact problems, and bring thoughtful, scalable solutions to a dynamic and growing organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the full lifecycle of Heritage’s technology systems, including development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization across internal and guest-facing platforms
- Build and manage applications, automations, and integrations that support business operations, data flow, and team efficiency
- Maintain and enhance internal systems including dashboards, workflows, identity/access management, and communication infrastructure
- Manage and optimize guest-facing technology including websites, digital experiences, and integrations with PMS, guest data platforms, and related systems
- Ensure all systems align with luxury hospitality standards in performance, usability, and design quality
- Leverage AI-driven development tools to accelerate delivery, improve workflows, and scale technical capabilities
- Produce clear, structured documentation including system architecture, implementation guides, and operational references
- Identify inefficiencies, simplify systems, and implement scalable solutions that improve performance and reduce manual effort
- Partner with leadership to execute technical priorities and contribute to long-term technology strategy
