Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Developer to assist Intus’ client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and population health teams

  • Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing

  • Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs

  • Develop and implement analytical development and release processes

  • Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain a scalable testing and data quality monitoring process

  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence

  • 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation

  • High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Qlik

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $135K–$150K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
