Project Implementation Engineer (RF Systems / IP Networking / Field Integration) – Florida

This role is instrumental in delivering mission -critical solutions for sectors such as public safety, utilities, education, transportation, and enterprise operations, enabling them to communicate effectively and serve their communities.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>Execute the on -site deployment, staging, and integration of complex RF communication systems.
<\/p><\/li>
Perform optimization, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting as needed.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain and update technical documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate cross -functionally with technical and non -technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
<\/p><\/li>
Travel to client sites (up to 60%) to fulfill deployment and support needs.
<\/p><\/li>
Present technical information clearly to both technical teams and non -technical stakeholders.

Requirements<\/h3>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum of 2 years of hands -on experience with RF and/or IP network system implementation and troubleshooting.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with enterprise -level platforms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, Linux, VMware, and HyperV.
<\/p><\/li>
Working knowledge of network diagnostic tools and protocols (e.g., SSH, FTP, packet analyzers, Cisco/Linux CLI).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency with productivity and technical documentation software including Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
<\/p><\/li>
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass standard pre -employment background and drug screening.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when translating technical information to non -technical audiences.
