Description

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

  • Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hiring
  • Current Enrollment: You must be a current student in high school or in a college/university interested in pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Able to work up to 19 hours per week during the academic year


Qualifications

Core Responsibilities / Activities

  • Provide general administrative support, including shipping and receiving parts, maintaining shipping documentation, and coordinating outgoing/incoming packages.
  • Track parts, supplies, and equipment using spreadsheets or internal tracking systems to ensure accurate records and timely reordering.
  • Assist with purchasing consumables and basic supplies by preparing purchase requests, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating with vendors or internal stakeholders.

Required Skills, Education, or Experience

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling part tracking, inventory, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on routine administrative tasks while meeting deadlines.
