Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hiring
Current Enrollment: You must be a current student in high school or in a college/university interested in pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Able to work up to 19 hours per week during the academic year
Qualifications
Core Responsibilities / Activities
Provide general administrative support, including shipping and receiving parts, maintaining shipping documentation, and coordinating outgoing/incoming packages.
Track parts, supplies, and equipment using spreadsheets or internal tracking systems to ensure accurate records and timely reordering.
Assist with purchasing consumables and basic supplies by preparing purchase requests, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating with vendors or internal stakeholders.
Required Skills, Education, or Experience
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling part tracking, inventory, and documentation.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on routine administrative tasks while meeting deadlines.
