The system handles hundreds of thousands of dynamically loaded product assets while computing construction-critical data like surface areas, clearances, and material takeoffs — powering the next generation of spatial commerce.
Our visualization stack runs on Unity, targeting iOS, WebGL, Windows, and headless Linux, and utilizes both URP and HDRP pipelines for real-time rendering and photorealistic visualization.
The Role
We’re looking for a 3D Visualization Software Engineer to own and advance our real-time rendering systems. You’ll build visualization technologies that dynamically generate geometry, materials, and lighting from real-world capture data — no pre-built scenes, no baked lighting — and optimize them to run on mobile and web platforms.
You’ll play a key role in developing the rendering, interaction, and performance systems that define the user experience at Bond Studio.
What You’ll Work On
Building real-time room visualization systems that allow users to modify layouts, swap fixtures, and preview materials dynamically.
Developing ray-traced photorealistic rendering pipelines for panorama and high-fidelity visualization on high-end GPUs.
Creating procedural mesh generation systems that automatically handle fixture swaps (e.g., converting a bathtub to a shower and updating associated geometry).
Implementing calculation systems that compute construction data like surface areas, fixture clearances, and material quantities.
Driving performance optimization for real-time rendering on mobile devices and WebGL, managing tight memory and compute constraints.
Integrating computer vision capture data into accurately scaled, reconstructed 3D environments.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Unity and C#, including URP and HDRP pipelines.
Proven ability to develop performant, real-time visualization systems.
Experience with procedural geometry generation, GPU compute, and material systems.
Familiarity with WebGL or mobile rendering performance optimization.
Solid understanding of 3D math, lighting models, and scene management.
A track record of delivering high-performance, visually rich 3D applications.
Nice to Have
Experience with 3D reconstruction, SLAM, or photogrammetry.
Familiarity with construction, architecture, or CAD data integration.
Knowledge of cloud rendering, ray tracing APIs, or distributed compute pipelines.
Why Bond Studio
Work at the intersection of 3D graphics, AI, and real-world design.
Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and visionaries.
Build technology that redefines how people interact with the spaces around them.
Competitive compensation and equity packages.
If you’re excited by the challenge of building real-time, dynamic 3D systems that merge the physical and digital worlds, we’d love to hear from you.
