SUMMARY

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, as a Design Engineer you will be responsible for creation and maintaining, internal and external, engineering documentation which includes production ready drawings and BOM's.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop layouts, detailed drawings, and construction details using AutoCAD or Solidworks.
• Creation of BOM's
• Works with manufacturing to support construction of products
• Provides purchasing with required information
• Provides technical assistance to Program Management and Production

Education/Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent in a related field

Other Experience Preferred:

• Previous sign shop experience (preferred)
• Sheetmetal design and layout
• Mechanical design and layout of multi part
• AutoCAD or equivalent
• Solid works or equivalent
