About the Role


A Lead Software Engineer will drive the technical development of our AI-powered sales platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to architect, build, and optimize scalable solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovations.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the engineering team in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and development priorities.
  • Oversee system architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
  • Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in AI and machine learning, to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Work with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system uptime.
  • Optimize AI models and data processing pipelines for real-time sales insights.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and data engineering.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and scalability principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and development tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
