Job Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
· Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering within automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
· Documented success in developing and sustaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs and systems.
· Experience in launching new maintenance systems from scratch or overhauling underperforming programs.
· Background in IATF 16949, considered an asset.
· Strong familiarity with CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, FIIX).
· Excellent understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
· Working knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other reliability-focused methodologies.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Able to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
