Product Engineer - AI Collaboration Platform

What You Will Do

• Build and own entire product areas within a complex, cutting-edge codebase
• Develop end-to-end features across the full technology stack
• Work in a fast-paced environment solving challenging technical problems
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and gather feedback
• Contribute to an innovative AI platform using modern technologies
• Help scale a product that's already achieving impressive market adoption

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1-4 years of experience as a software engineer or in a related technical role
• Experience working in high-growth environments (startups preferred)
• Strong technical foundation with ability to work across the full stack
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive results
• Experience with some of our client's stack components:
  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, MobX
  • Backend: Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Technologies: Firebase, Websockets, Postgres, Redis
  • ML: Familiarity with modern AI concepts (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience as a founding engineer or early employee
• Track record of building products users love
• Prior experience with AI/ML technologies
• Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
• Product-minded approach with focus on user experience
