Under the direction the Team Leader, IT Systems – NA, the Senior System and Infrastructure Engineer will implement and maintain Windows Server hardware and software, Active Directory, O365, VM technologies, and provide application support. The Senior System and Infrastructure Engineer will provide backup support to help determine and implement network infrastructure, including all LAN/WAN/Wifi technologies. This role will be responsible for building and supporting our enterprise platform while maintaining global standards. The ideal candidates must demonstrate strong technical skills, ability to implement critical global infrastructure platforms, and support a fast-moving startup environment. Flexibility to provide additional IT support and services, where needed, is required. 

B. Responsibilities (essential to the position) 

1. Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012r2/2016, including core Microsoft software (AD, DHCP,DNS, SQL, IIS, WSUS, Printer Services, NPS, CS). 

2. Strong working knowledge Microsoft O365 and Exchange applications and platforms. Strong SharePoint skills is desired. 

3. Help maintain global Active Directory environments including troubleshooting, capacity planning, and continuity planning. 

4. Design, plan, implement, document, and test backup and DP/DR policies and procedures. 

5. Maintain best practices security policies. 

6. Interact directly with project leader to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 

7. Participate in design and maintenance of enterprise architecture, including software deployment, server patching, system configuration, and technology lifecycle planning. 

8. Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams, while also collaborating with other team members on standard processes and technology roadmaps. 

9. Respond to and resolve support requests in timely fashion, while balancing project timelines and other responsibilities. 

10. On-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours as well as, occasionally require being available to perform maintenance during non-business hours and over weekends, and availability for occasional business travel 

11. Be a great team player with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to quickly prioritize various projects, tickets, and incidents in a fast-moving organization. 


Qualifications

Requirements:

· 8+ Years of experience as System Administrator managing Windows Systems 

· Bachelor in CS or equivalent 

· Advance level working knowledge on Windows Server 2012r2/2016. 

· Advance level knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory and O365. 

· Experiencing installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Clustering. 

· Strong knowledge of at least one enterprise virtualization platform (VMware, Hyper-V). 

· Experience with PowerShell and scripting languages a plus. 

· Microsoft or VMware certification is a plus 

· Solid networking experience a plus
