The Opportunity:

With your prior experience, you will understand the customer’s environment and how to develop, implement, and maintain systems for their mission.
As a tactical systems engineer on our team, you will use your experience with tactical network architecture, security, installation, and configuration to assist a team of engineers focusing on Network Modernization of legacy infrastructure. Your customer will trust you to fully design, implement, and secure these systems, as well as evolve them with new technologies as appropriate. On our team, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the spectrum from the tactical training edge to the simulated training environment. You’ll perform in-depth analysis of current infrastructure to understand how to make sustainable improvements to increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems. Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you will make an impact on national mission force security missions.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
